On September 12, http://www.WhyCauseICan.com and our website affiliate, http://www.iLoveHipHopBlog.com presents, Hip Hop 101: The Definition of True ARTist, which will be held at The Sound Table, located at 483 Edgewood Ave, Atlanta GA. This event consist of 10 selected ARTists around Atlanta that have shown to have 4 main attributes to go far in the music industry. Which are Lyrics, Creativity, Great Performances and being Consistent with their craft. To host this event, we had to choose someone who has the determination to become great beyond there means and that’s why we choosed DJ Lady B. Bria Smith was born into the world to be an incredible athlete; well at least we thought this was her destiny in life. Things rapidly changed after all the basketball accolades and finding the love of her life “Entertainment Radio.” Just two years ago early 2010, Bria, now known to the world as Lady B started her journey in the entertainment industry working as a Co-host on Urban Radio with DJ D-Caf on 91.9FM WVGS Atlanta. In just the short amount of time there she built up her own listeners and was able to begin hosting her own show “Live In The Hive with Lady B”. Not being naïve to knowing that the world runs on technology, Lady B took her new found buzz off the local air waves and flew over to Internet radio to capture a larger audience worldwide. Landing at RadioATL.COM, Lady B wasted no time as she began to make a name for herself worldwide. In her first quarter at RADIOATL.COM Lady B pulled in a live sit down interview with the queen of poetry and world renown author Maya Angelou as well as Steve Martorano (The Worlds Top Chef), which happened to be before he appeared on Oprah.
